Geographic Eligibility — Greater Phoenix Metro Area Only

This giveaway is open only to residents located within the Water Heater Pete service area, which includes the greater Phoenix metropolitan area (including but not limited to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and Sun City, Arizona).

Entrants must be legal residents of the State of Arizona, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Water Heater Pete and its affiliates are not eligible.

How to Enter — Complete Form Required

To be eligible, entrants must complete the official entry form in its entirety, including a valid, working email address. Incomplete entries, entries with invalid email addresses, or entries containing false information will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household. Multiple entries submitted by the same person or household are subject to disqualification at Water Heater Pete's sole discretion.

Contest Period

The giveaway begins on May 4, 2026 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on November 30, 2026 ("Contest Period"). Entries received after the Contest Period ends will not be eligible. Water Heater Pete's computer is the official timekeeping device for this giveaway.

Random Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing using a random number generator from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the close of the contest. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Fulfillment

Following a confirmed claim, Water Heater Pete will contact the winner to schedule fulfillment at a mutually agreed-upon time. The prize — one (1) 50-gallon gas or electric water heater unit — must be redeemed within 90 days of the winner's notification email.

Installation is not included and will be quoted separately at Water Heater Pete's standard rates. Winners who prefer a different unit may apply the prize value toward a different eligible model and pay any remaining balance at time of service. Tankless systems are expressly excluded from this giveaway and are not eligible for prize value substitution under any circumstances. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Use of Entry Data for Marketing Communications

By submitting an entry, all participants — including non-winners — consent to receiving marketing communications from Water Heater Pete via the email address provided. These communications may include service specials, seasonal promotions, maintenance reminders, and company updates.

Participants may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in any email from Water Heater Pete. All email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Data Privacy & No Third-Party Sharing

Water Heater Pete will not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for their independent use. Entry data is used solely for administering this giveaway and for Water Heater Pete's own marketing communications as described above. Right to Disqualify & Cancel

Water Heater Pete reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these rules. Water Heater Pete further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by Water Heater Pete in its sole discretion.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Water Heater Pete, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to participation in this giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize. Water Heater Pete is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize awarded.

Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Water Heater Pete to use the winner's first name, last initial, and general location (city) for advertising, promotional, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
